  • Interest in growing industrial hemp in Oklahoma is booming in part to the Industrial Hemp Pilot Program and passage of HB 2913.Oklahoma is one of 40 states where hemp is allowed to be grown. Hemp is a zero-waste product included in 30,000 different products from food, cosmetics, clothes, building materials, and much more. Learn about the history and basics of hemp, how to grow it for fiber, seed, or CBD, and some of the other intricacies of this new cash crop.

  • In 2014 Brian and Sheila Kanotz purchased the King's Mums business and relocated the business near their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brian and Sheila are professional horticulturists who have years of experience at public gardens such as Callaway Gardens in georgia, Toledo Botanical Garden, Longwood Gardens, and the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, OK.
